Every great idea begins with a simple truth — and for Priority, that truth grew from a deeply personal journey.
Our founder spent years balancing work, motherhood, and the unpredictable rhythm of daily life. Through those moments of constant movement, she discovered something powerful: the state of a home shapes the way we feel.
Not just its appearance, but its atmosphere — the calm it offers, the clarity it creates, the comfort it brings when everything else feels overwhelming.
She learned first-hand that a clean, organised space is more than tidiness.
It is well-being, mental peace, and genuine connection with the people and moments that matter most.
Later, when she moved to Basel and began working as a cleaning professional, she carried this understanding with her. She knew the longing for a peaceful home — and how transformative it is when someone helps you reclaim that feeling.

Our pricing is based on several factors such as the size of the space, the type of cleaning required, the frequency of service, and any special requests. We offer free estimates and are happy to provide a customized quote after a brief consultation.
Scheduling a cleaning is easy! You can book an appointment by calling us, sending a message through our website, or reaching out via social media. We’ll confirm your preferred date and time and answer any questions you may have.
No, you don’t need to be home during the cleaning. Many of our clients prefer to provide access instructions so we can clean while they’re away. Your privacy and security are very important to us, and our team is trained to work professionally and respectfully in your space.
Absolutely. All of our team members are fully trained, background-checked, and insured to ensure your home is in safe hands.
At Priority, we understand that life happens and plans can change. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment. • If this is your first cancellation, we’re happy to waive the fee as a courtesy. • Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice: No fee will be charged. • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee of 30% of the scheduled service price will apply. • Same-day cancellations or missed appointments: The 50% service price will be charged.
We value our cleaners’ time and schedule, and these policies help us ensure fair compensation for their reserved time.
